She received a T32 predoctoral training grant to examine maternal and child nutritional biomarkers and outcomes in the Household Air Pollution Intervention Network (HAPIN) Trial. During this time, she also received a Master of Science in Nutrition. Kasthuri previously worked at CHAMPS as Project Manager and then Associate Director for the Site, Strategy and Implementation. Kasthuri received a combined Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology and a Masters in Public Health in Global Health from Boston University.
